Baking Day

This morning Bridget came to our room to help us make fudge. Trinity and William T went to the staffroom, with Bridget, to melt the butter, then we mixed in an egg and sugar. Meanwhile others crushed the biscuits in the food processor. We added cocoa powder and vanilla essence before mixing all the ingredients together. Then we rolled the mixture into balls. At lunchtime we ate them. They were yummy!
